Terms and Conditions

First: THE PARTICIPANT declares to know the general information of the conference TALENT ACQUISITION SUMMIT BOGOTÁ, NOVEMBER 2 AND 3, 2023 when purchasing the TICKET.

Second:Upon receiving the payment through the payment gateway and carrying out the corresponding verification, THE PARTICIPANT will receive an email with a file that includes the entrance ticket to the conference, with a printed QR code, and valid for TWO DAYS. This ticket is the only available way to enter the conference. It is important to keep it safe, it can be presented in print or digitally when you arrive at the event.

Third:The two-day ticket is TRANSFERABLE for one or both days of the conference. To transfer the name of THE PARTICIPANT, the PARTICIPANT must send an email to summit@lhramericas.com from the mail registered in the purchase of the ticket, informing the name of the new PARTICIPANT, the ID and the email, maximum 48 hours before the start of the SUMMIT, explaining the reason for the change. In the SUBJECT of the email, please place: REQUEST FOR TRANSFER OF TICKET TO THE TA SUMMIT 2023. If the purchase was made by a company, the transfer of the ticket is only made to another employee of the same company. In case of acceptance of the change of ownership, the original buyer and the new owner will be responsible for coordinating the transfer of the entry ticket. The Organizer will not be responsible for any dispute or disagreement between the original purchaser and the new owner.

Room:THE PARTICIPANT can exercise his right of withdrawal (provision contained in the consumer statute, law 1480 of 2011), within five (5) business days from the date of purchase and provided that the event.

Fifth:THE PARTICIPANT authorizes without any consideration the use of his image in advertising material that may be produced by the event.

Sixth:THE PARTICIPANT carries out the purchase process on the website through the authorized payment platform: Mercado Pago, which offers the service for credit cards with the following accepted franchises: MasterCard, Visa, American Express.

Seventh:THE PARTICIPANT authorizes the delivery of their basic information (name, company, position and email) to the companies sponsoring the event, in order to receive additional information about their products and professional services in the field of Human Talent.

LOSS OF TICKETS

First:Once the ticket is sent to the registered mail, THE PARTICIPANT assumes all responsibility for its use, possession and care. If the ballot is lost for any reason, we can resend the ballot to the email address registered at Conference registration. For this purpose, THE PARTICIPANT must send an email to summit@lhramericas.com from the mail registered in the purchase of the ticket, requesting again the sending of the same, maximum 48 hours before the start of the SUMMIT, and placing in the SUBJECT: REPLACEMENT OF TICKET DUE TO LOSS.

Second:To avoid any problems on the day of the Conference, we recommend that you save your ticket in a secure file on your cell phone or PC, or print it and save it in a secure place. Remember that your ticket is delivered to the HOLDER, and any person could misuse it.

REFUND OF MONEY IN CASE OF POSTPONEMENT OR MODIFICATION OF AN EVENT

Bearing in mind that the Conference can be modified due to factors external to LHR Américas SAS, such as change of place, date, non-compliance of the speakers, transportation inconveniences of the speakers, force majeure or fortuitous event, it will be published on the event's website. the changes generated and the possible solutions for THE PARTICIPANT, as follows:

First:It is established that no refund will be made for a change of venue or change of date, as long as the event is held within a period of 5 business days after the initial date that has been announced. The same purchased ticket will be valid to enter the event on the new date or in the new scenario.

Second:In the event that the postponement time is greater than 5 days, THE PARTICIPANT may decide if he attends the event or if he requires the return of the money, for which he must send a request to the email summit@lhramericas.com with the presentation of the case and personal data to confirm the steps to follow. The refund will be made to the same means of payment used.

CANCELLATION AND RETURN POLICY

Cancellation by Buyer:

If the buyer wishes to cancel their attendance at the Conference, the following refund policy will apply:

Cancellations made at least 30 days prior to the Event Date: 90% of the amount paid will be refunded.

Cancellations made between 15 and 29 days prior to the Event Date: 50% of the amount paid will be refunded.

Cancellations made less than 15 days prior to the Event Date: no refunds will be made.

All cancellation requests must be made in writing and sent to the Organizer by email at summit@lhramericas.com.

The refund will be made using the same payment method used to purchase the ticket, unless otherwise agreed between the buyer and the Organizer.

Any tax or commission related to the refund will be borne by the buyer.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

All intellectual property rights related to the Conference, including but not limited to copyrights and trademarks, belong to the Organizer or the respective rights holders.

The unauthorized reproduction, distribution or use of any material related to the Conference is strictly prohibited, unless expressly authorized by the Organizer or the holders of the corresponding rights.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The Organizer is not responsible for any loss, damage or injury, whether direct or indirect, suffered by those attending the Conference, except in cases of gross negligence or intent on the part of the Organizer.

The Organizer is not responsible for any loss, damage or theft of personal belongings during the Conference.

MODIFICATIONS TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The Organizer reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any modification will be published on the official website of the event and will be considered effective as of its publication. Participants are encouraged to periodically review the Terms to be aware of any changes.
