We inaugurated the Talent Acquisition Summit, the first conference focused on talent acquisition, bringing together more than 200 attendees and partnering with Teamtailor to drive the digitization of recruitment processes.

We became pioneers in recruitment marketing strategies, while accompanying companies such as Team Foods, Ecopetrol and Hocol to incorporate technology (ATS) in their attraction processes.

We moved our ATS to the cloud, processing a greater number of candidates at job fairs, reaching 250,000 people and 400 vacancies for companies such as Ecopetrol. We started operating in Houston, TX through LHR USA Consulting.

We developed the first job fairs for the O&G industry. We closed hard-to-fill vacancies in Brazil, Argentina, Mexico, Colombia and Venezuela, using our own ATS.

We recruit and mobilize more than 300 Latin American professionals per year to Mexico, Russia, Nigeria and Saudi Arabia to work on various specialized projects in the Oil & Gas industry.
